Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

• Deliver ongoing financial advice and identify new opportunities to enhance client relationships.
• Collaborate with the Senior Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure excellence in client service and client retention.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of client communications and activities.

Team Operations and Reporting

• Review and act on key operational reports including client planning status, new business items, and team functions.
• Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested.

Communication and Team Collaboration

• Keep comprehensive communication records using contact management systems.
• Participate in and lead weekly team meetings, contributing to a supportive and productive environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent and exceptional client experience.

Support Business Goals and Strategic Initiatives

• Engage in quarterly strategic planning meetings.
• Provide timely business reporting and support the execution of strategies defined by the Senior Financial Advisor.
• Stay organized and adaptable to change, supporting new processes and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Series 65 or Series 66 license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or designations such as CFP®, ChFC®, or CFA® strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial services, with a demonstrated history of managing and growing client relationships.
• Proven experience servicing high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and families, including delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management solutions.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, including mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and alternative investment vehicles.
• Technologically adept with proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM platforms and financial planning software.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust in clients and team members.
• Strong collaborator who works effectively with Senior Advisors, Relationship Managers, and internal teams to deliver outstanding client experience.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex client challenges, maintain compliance standards, and deliver high-touch, personalized service.
