Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finishing operations and production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure all finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Supervise, train, and develop finishing department personnel.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate maintenance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies within the department.
• Optimize finishing processes for efficiency, waste reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory of finishing materials and supplies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (X years) in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing finishing department.
• In-depth knowledge of various finishing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet output and quality targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety regulations and continuous improvement principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving production issues effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Experience with automated finishing equipment or robotics
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the local workforce
