Customer Service Representative | Grand Haven, MI
Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of product codes, quantities, and delivery specifications.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, technical specifications, pricing, and order status.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to provide accurate lead times and resolve shipping or production-related issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, defects, or delivery discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed customer records and communication logs within the CRM system.
- Provide post-sales support, including handling returns, replacements, and warranty claims for manufactured goods.
- Proactively communicate potential delays or changes in production schedules to affected customers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage specific to manufacturing output.
Recommended Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM software.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate manufacturing product details or technical specifications.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate order processing and record-keeping.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product specifications, or technical jargon.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) commonly used in manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and production scheduling.
- Knowledge of quality control standards or common manufacturing issues.
