This role will include but not limited to, preparation of customer agendas, gift bags, nametags, packets and inventory management. Customer room set-ups. Small projects, reporting for sales management, connection with our driver program and billing for numerous things. Technology trouble shooting and overall customer experience preparation and support of the Client Experience team as needed. - Preferred Year: Current Sophomore (flexible for May 2027–May 2029 graduates)
- Preferred Majors: Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications
- Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
- Strong technical skills: Microsoft Office (proficient in Excel)
Your goal in this position is to support the Client Experience initiative to create a positive customer experience. How will you meet this goal?
- Prepare customer agendas, packets, and visit materials.
- Create visitor collateral including gift bags, name tags, and personalized customer items.
- Support inventory management by tracking, organizing, and replenishing Client Experience materials.
- Assist with customer room set-ups, space preparation, and ensuring environments are visitor‑ready.
- Coordinate small projects that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Run and maintain reports for sales management and leadership teams.
- Partner with the driver program and assist with billing‑related tasks as needed.
- Troubleshoot technology in customer-facing spaces to ensure seamless visits.
- Actively support the team by moving, unloading, and staging inventory for customer materials (approximately 30% of the role).
- Provide general support to the Client Experience team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
