Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage expenditures.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional production teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering Management)
