Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
• Manage hazardous waste programs and ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal.
• Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Maintain EHS records and prepare required reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS), Engineering, or a related science field.
• 5-10 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of OSHA, EPA, and state EHS regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation.
• Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies in EHS processes.
• Proficiency with EHS management software (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera).
• Demonstrated experience with multi-site EHS management.
