Cellarmaster/Brewer Assistant at Kuhnhenn Brewing
Kuhnhenn Brewing is looking for a hardworking individual to join our team as a Cellarmaster/Brewer Assistant. Full, part-time, and seasonal positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of cellar operations, including fermentation, conditioning, packaging, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Handle heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Collaborate with brewers and other team members to improve recipes and production processes.
- Train and mentor less experienced staff.
- Promote Kuhnhenn's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of brewing principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
- Passion for craft beer and a desire to learn and grow.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in a brewery or related industry.
- Knowledge of cellar equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
