Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental, health, and safety risks and hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify non-compliance and areas for improvement.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal and environmental permits.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive EHS management systems and programs (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies applied to EHS processes
• Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Sphera)
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems
