National Account Manager - Remote

We are seeking two National Account Managers to join our team. The positions are focused on the following areas: National Bypass Pumping Discipline
Industrial Customer Vertical
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned discipline or vertical. You will work on large-scale projects and multi-location accounts, ensuring the success and growth of key customer relationships on a national level. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development through major accounts, establishing strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Create and implement a comprehensive quarterly business plan, focusing on research, organization, and market analysis to identify customer opportunities.
Manage and grow major accounts within your assigned discipline or vertical, ensuring alignment with national goals.
Oversee the expansion of major accounts to all branch locations, ensuring effective local customer relationship building.
Track and monitor branch activity, ensuring revenue opportunities are maximized and providing feedback to Branch Managers and Regional Vice Presidents.
Identify and pursue large-scale project opportunities, collaborating with the Inside Sales team for bids and estimates, and then handing off to Operations for execution.
Attend pre-bids, meet prospective clients, and visit job sites before submitting bids.
Quickly address any issues related to active projects, partnering with the operational team to meet customer needs.
Develop and submit monthly plans, outlining strategies and targets, and track sales activities using CRM software.
Ensure consistent sales pipeline management and follow-through through diligent CRM updates and reporting.
Secure change orders for additional work outside the original scope of a project.
Assist in the collection process to ensure timely receipt of outstanding receivables.
Participate in strategic and operational sales planning and management.
Represent the company at industry functions to enhance visibility and reputation.
Adhere to all safety protocols during sales and operational activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in construction equipment sales or sales management.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in PC software applications.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and bidding procedures.
Strong skills in workflow analysis and management.
Familiarity with contract documents and specifications.
Team-oriented with a focus on company goals over individual interests.
Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work a schedule that meets job requirements.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 80,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
