Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, supervisors, and management.
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and operational feedback.
- Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments and performance monitoring.
- Maintain training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and onboard external training resources and subject matter experts when necessary.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the manufacturing environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Ability to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and measure training effectiveness.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with manufacturing-specific LMS platforms
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training
- - Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles
- - Experience developing and managing e-learning modules for technical skills
