About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to oversee the development, marketing, and profitability of product lines for both sales and rental. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success in the market. If you have a mix of analytical skills, product management expertise, and strong leadership abilities, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.

Manage the entire product life cycle, from concept to end-of-life.

Oversee product lines, including complete pumps and service parts, for both sales and rental.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.

Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications.

Develop and manage product pricing and profitability strategies.

Create and deliver product training and sales enablement materials.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.

Stay up to date on industry developments and competitive products.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Proven experience in product management, ideally in an industrial setting (experience with pumps is a plus but not required).

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software is a plus.
