We are looking for Fine Dining Servers who understand that the best experiences are found in the smallest details—whether it’s the perfect pour of a three-martini dinner or the impeccable service of our curated menu. If you have a passion for hospitality that feels like a "warm hug" and the style to match our Art Deco surroundings, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Conductor: Lead guests through a choreographed dining experience, from masterfully executed cocktails to world-class cuisine served on fine china.
• Showcase Your Craft: Share your deep knowledge of our thoughtfully curated wine list and premium steakhouse offerings.
• Deliver the "Wilder’s Embrace": Provide professional, stylish service that makes every guest feel like an old friend returning for a long-awaited visit.
• Own the Detail: Ensure every table is a masterpiece, maintaining our high standards for flatware, timing, and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Professional: You have experience in fine dining or high-volume upscale environments. You know your way around a wine key and a floor plan.
• The Personality: You are "stylishly suited" and bring a blend of class and energy to the dining room.
• The Detail-Seeker: You notice the water glass that needs a refill before the guest does and take pride in the "art" of service.
• The Team Player: You thrive in a brand-new, intimate space where everyone works together to create magic.
