Total Education Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school based team. The successful candidate will work with students (PreK–12) to support their ability to access the educational environment and curriculum through occupational therapy services.

💰 $37.37 - $42.81/hr*

💼 Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
$26.36 - $32.14/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with varying disabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Assist in developing sensory strategies and environmental modifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• License / Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (at least 25/50k liability coverage)
• A current TB Test (within the last 6 months)
