The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and management.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement proactive talent pipelines for critical manufacturing positions to reduce time-to-hire.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline workflows.
• Stay informed of manufacturing industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for roles within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficiency in modern sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, terminology, and common technical roles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing plant or production environment.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or production management roles.
• Proficiency with HRIS or ATS platforms commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Workday).
