What You'll Experience
As a veterinary extern, you won't just observe-you'll be actively involved in patient care while receiving guidance every step of the way. Our doctors are passionate about teaching and love helping students build confidence in a real-world setting.
Externship Highlights:
- Hands-on experience with exams, diagnostics, and case management
- Exposure to surgery and dentistry (based on comfort and skill level)
- One-on-one mentorship from experienced, supportive DVMs
- Collaborative team environment with skilled technicians and staff
