Part-time leading to full-time position. Owner of company looking for an assistant to help build a new real estate company. We cover Montcalm County and applicant must have reliable transportation. Must be highly organized, enthusiastic and a great problem solver. Will need to meet weekly to review status and solve problems as needed. This is a new position and looking for someone excited to build a new company. Base Pay to get started with large bonuses from each sale.

Real Estate Executive Assistant & Office Manager
We have been in the Real Estate & Real Estate Appraisal business for over 20+years. Now we want to develop and expand our Real Estate Sales Division. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day-to-day office functions and to work with the Broker to market the company and to List, Sell, & Close property sales. Below are the general tasks and duties that it will take to run the real estate office. You will work and learn with the Broker to develop systems to get things done as easily and quickly as possible.
Answer & return incoming phone calls (you will have office cell phone for business use)
Answer and reply to incoming emails and texts
Develop and manage various marketing campaigns
Learn Dot Loop (Manage listings and sales in GRAR)
Schedule appointments for Broker for listing/purchasing a home (Get him where he needs to be)
Schedule and prepare Listing Appointments
Input and manage new listings in Grand Rapids MLS (GRAR)
Manage GRAR Listing & Sales Input and updates
Help prepare and finalize sale contracts
Follow-up inspection and daily tasks needed to close sale
Schedule and plan for Sale Closing
Develop and Manage office Social media
Keep Broker informed on a daily basis
Must be motivated to learn new things and enjoy problem solving

There is a lot to know which is why we are looking for someone with real estate experience. You will be paid an hourly base with bonus with each property we sell. Your ideas, creativity and enthusiasm are needed to help make this happen.
