Facilities Manager | Hart, MI
Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Manage facilities budgets, procure services, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Plan, execute, and oversee facility projects including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
- Implement and monitor energy management and sustainability initiatives across the manufacturing plant.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and facilities personnel.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing facilities operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) and preventative maintenance best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA, environmental) and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and managing facility budgets.
- Excellent project management, vendor management, and leadership skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience managing cleanroom environments or specialized manufacturing infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
