Marketing Professional

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate individual to tell the LIFTbuild story through relevant and engaging content. Our MarCom team members are “all in” and have an opportunity to do a little bit of everything.
As a Marketing Professional for LIFTbuild, you would be responsible for collaborating with a wide variety of team members to amplify the LIFTbuild brand, acquire work, and tell the stories of our people, projects, and communities. Marketing Professionals are also responsible for developing and contributing to marketing strategies and initiatives. A Marketing Professional is detail-oriented, organized, and communicates effectively.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop campaigns, graphics, and corresponding written communications for internal and external use
- Create professional documents and presentations for work acquisition and stakeholder updates
- Maintain brand voice and integrity in all platforms and content internally and externally
- Ensure team members, consultants, and partners adhere to brand standards
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to maximize marketing opportunities on active/completed projects
- Support media relations efforts to ensure accurate, intentional coverage
- Support event planning, production, and execution
- Collaborate with Creative and Communications team members to align content and messaging with the enterprise
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or equivalent preferred; without a degree, 5+ years of relevant industry experience required
- 2+ years of relevant marketing experience required; AEC or Commercial Real Estate industry knowledge preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign required
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator preferred
- Proficient in Social Media Platforms
- Proficient in document design and layout
- Ability to write and edit content for quality, accuracy, and readability
- Photography/videography skills preferred
- Excellent time management/ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Detail-oriented and organized
WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS:
- Travel for project assignments may be required based on company needs.
