Clerical Worker Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift ( Tuesday through Saturday from 01:00am to 10:00am )
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Worker to join our team on an overnight shift.
Responsibilities:***
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally from drivers regarding equipment malfunctions, operational incidents, and other issues that arise during their shifts.
- Accurately document driver inquiries, actions taken, and resolutions in the appropriate systems.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., maintenance, dispatch, logistics) to escalate complex issues or coordinate necessary support.
- Provide clear, concise, and helpful information to drivers, ensuring they understand next steps or solutions
Clerical Worker Qualifications:
- Previous administrate/clerical experience
- Intermediate computer/Excel skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
