Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, local codes).
• Oversee facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of services and supplies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors and vendors for facility services, repairs, and projects.
• Plan and manage facility space utilization, layouts, and new construction or renovation projects.
• Ensure the reliable operation of critical utilities such as HVAC, electrical systems, and compressed air.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage facility projects, preventative maintenance programs, and vendor relationships.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and environmental compliance relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and leading a facilities maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training.
• Proficiency in CAD software for facility layout and space planning.
