We are seeking a reliable Order Selector to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
- Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
- Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$16.00 - $26.21 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
