Salary: $70,000-$80,000
Role and Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and create custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
- Train new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
- Nurture existing customers so they maximize the benefits of the DentalMonitoring Artificial Intelligence technology and dashboard
- Build strong relationships with customers so they continue to use, endorse, and advocate for the DentalMonitoring brand and products
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
- Support and attend local trade shows
- Collaborate and communicate with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives to provide the best onboarding experience
- Influence doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while addressing any hesitations about adopting disruptive technology
- Travel up to 60% to train and support in-person office implementations
- Serve as the regional lead for escalated implementation challenges with offices
- Share best practices with fellow colleagues
- Provide market surveillance insights to management and marketing
Information Security
- Be aware of individual responsibilities regarding information security
- Perform work according to applicable policies and procedures
- Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the ISMS
- Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in the ISMS and any information security incidents
Quality and Regulatory Compliance
- Remain vigilant and accountable for product quality and activities performed
- Carry out tasks in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory policies and procedures
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
- Report any observed or suspected materiovigilance in the QMS, and any irregularities related to products or activities
- Understand that a product defect can result from improper execution of tasks
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of dental and orthodontic experience or equivalent degree
- 3+ years of consultative experience
- 2+ years of proven success at DentalMonitoring (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of conceptual/consultative selling approaches
- Experience in consultative training and implementation
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, critical thinker with excellent communication and time management skills
- Native speaker of the local language with a strong command of English
- Strong organizational skills
- Expert user of Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong collaboration and diplomacy skills
- High level of IT proficiency and appreciation for new technology
- Ability to influence and challenge customer thinking in a constructive way
