Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and supply chain logistics.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order entry, tracking, and customer management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a high-volume, dynamic setting.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or technical product specifications.
• Experience with B2B customer service in an industrial or manufacturing context.
