Systems Analyst (ADMS)
Position Overview
We are seeking a self-driven, analytical professional with strong technical skills to support and troubleshoot server-level applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity, problem-solving ability, and effective communication while working independently or collaboratively with teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Analyze and evaluate relevant data and system information to identify root causes and implement solutions.
· Work autonomously to investigate technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
· Collaborate with team members and business partners, communicating technical and non-technical information clearly and respectfully.
· Apply a solution-oriented mindset to problem-solving, addressing both immediate symptoms and underlying causes.
· Proactively seek knowledge and understanding of systems, applications, and processes.
Requirements
Technical Skills
· Proficient with Linux operating systems.
· Experience with server-level applications and administration.
· Coding experience in Python, shell scripting, or similar languages.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
· Application-level experience and knowledge.
· Experience with databases such as MongoDB or SQL.
Qualifications
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
