268 Bed Academic Healthcare System is looking for full-time BC/BE Infectious Disease Physician to join our team. This role includes resident and medical student education.There is an opportunity for a formal educational position, for those who desire programmatic leadership and have the requisite experience.Affiliated hospitals are locatedin the Great Lakes Bay Region admired for itsfriendlycommunities and great quality of life.

Responsibilities

Location: Saginaw, MI

This is an Infectious Disease faculty position at the instructor or assistant professor level. Associate professor level candidates are welcome to apply as well.Candidate will spend most time allocation in inpatient care, with some outpatient faculty clinic. Additionally, medical student and resident education is expected.CARE model to establish educational and or research allocation is commensurate with the individuals experience and skillset.

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• State of Michigan licensed or eligible
• Board-eligible or certified in Infectious Disease
• Controlled Substance license
• Must meet credentialing criteria
• Leadership or educational experience preferred
