The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles (e.g., production operators, technicians, engineers, skilled trades).
• Conduct full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and job requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company's brand effectively.
• Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate the pre-employment process for new hires.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring for diverse manufacturing positions (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, environments, and industry-specific terminology.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology (e.g., CNC, PLC, CAD).
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades (e.g., welders, machinists, electricians).
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing workforces.
