This is an exciting opportunity to oversee construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- OSHA certification and other relevant licenses preferred.
