CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) Anesthesiology
The client offers a range of clinical opportunities across various settings, including level 1 trauma centers, ambulatory surgical facilities, and critical access hospitals. T
he anticipated call schedule is manageable, maintaining a maximum ratio of 1:7. Physicians will benefit from a favorable work-life balance, with additional income potential by taking on extra call shifts or assignments.
The cases span multiple specialties, encompassing general surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology, among others.
Positions are available in diverse locations, from urban centers to suburban areas and lakeside communities, including Big Rapids, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Reed City, and Zeeland.
Key aspects of the opening are as follows:
- Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week
- Call structure: 1:7 rotating shifts with a manageable volume of cases
- Case Types: General surgery, orthopedics, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, and more
- Credentialing: Must be board-certified
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: Starting at $283,000+ - Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 - Relocation Assistance: Provided

Qualifications: - A master's degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program is required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant acute care experience as an RN (ICU or ER settings preferred)
