Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment, processes, and software.
• Author, review, and approve validation documentation, including protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Identify and assess validation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to ensure successful validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve validation deviations and non-conformances.
• Maintain validation master plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Conduct revalidation activities as needed due to changes or scheduled intervals.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to validation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and document validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Familiarity with various validation types, such as process validation, equipment validation, and cleaning validation.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and change control procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) for systems like MES, LIMS, or ERP.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., PLC, HMI, SCADA).
