Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming – Canton opened in January 2026, and we are growing our exceptional grooming team!

We are looking for Dog Groomers / Pet Stylists who are passionate about quality work, compassionate handling, and creating a joyful experience for pets and their families.

As part of one of the nation’s fastest-growing pet grooming franchises (200+ locations nationwide), you’ll enjoy the support of a respected brand with the flexibility of a locally owned shop. Woof Gang is a Family owned franchise run by local owners.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional dog grooming experience preferred
• Skilled in breed cuts, hand scissoring, and all coat types
• Confident, safe, gentle handling of pets of all sizes
• Strong communication skills with pet parents
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• A positive, team-focused attitude

What You’ll Do

• Groom dogs from start to finish using professional techniques
• Complete breed-specific and custom styles
• Bathe, brush, blow-dry, de-shed, trim, clip nails, and clean ears
• Assess skin/coat conditions and communicate care needs
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, professional grooming station
• Ensure a loving, low-stress experience for every pet

Compensation & Benefits

• 50% commission of final ticket price + 100% of your tips (W2 employee)
