Parts Counter Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support in various operational areas. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Associate will engage with customers and assist with sales transactions. An associate with experience in diesel trucks and trailer parts is a plus. Automotive experience is acceptable, as training will be provided.

Benefits available after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist customers with truck and trailer parts, including providing information on products and services.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers in identifying their truck and trailer part needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in diesel trucks and trailer parts is a plus. Automotive experience is acceptable, as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
