What would you do as a Branch Manager?As a Full-Time Branch Manager at Zeal Credit Union in APTW, you will be at the helm of our operating branch, where your strategic oversight will play a vital role in developing financial objectives and comprehensive business plans. Your expertise in budget management and fund allocation will ensure optimal resource use while you meticulously monitor all branch activities. By analyzing branch metrics, you will assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You will lead and inspire our dedicated staff, providing coaching to help them realize their potential career paths. Your responsibilities also include hiring, training, and scheduling branch personnel while enforcing policies and procedures.
This multifaceted role requires strong character and a collaborative spirit, making it an exciting opportunity to drive our mission forward.
Requirements for Branch ManagerTo excel as a Full-Time Branch Manager at Zeal Credit Union, candidates must possess a strong educational background, with a bachelor's degree as a foundational requirement. With 5-7 years of leadership experience, you will demonstrate a proven track record of effective team management and branch profitability. A keen familiarity with industry rules and regulations is essential for navigating the compliance landscape.
Your ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high standards of passion and character will set you apart. Excellent organizational skills will be crucial for overseeing multiple branch activities and metrics efficiently. Furthermore, your experience in coaching and developing staff will empower your team to reach their potential and drive overall branch success.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years leadership experience
- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Results driven and member focused
- Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union
- Knowledge and/or training, and compliance with Laws and Regulations pertaining to BSA/AML/OFAC
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Monday: 9:00am-6:15pm
- Tuesday: 9:00am-5:15pm
- Wednesday: 9:00am-5:15pm
- Thursday: 9:00am-5:30pm
- Friday: 9:00am-6:30pm
- *Saturday: 8:45am-1:15pm
*Saturdays are on a rotating schedule between the Member Service Representatives and Specialist.
