Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains through data analysis and direct observation.
  • Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and sustainability of improvement projects.
  • Organize and lead Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid, focused improvements in specific areas.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engagement, ownership, and accountability at all levels.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of CI projects.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex improvement projects and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) in a manufacturing context.
  • Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for performance monitoring.
  • Formal certification or significant experience in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
  • Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
