As a Lead Technology Architect, you will be a key member of our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration team, supporting modernization initiatives for a federal client. In this role, you will coordinate migration activities with third-party vendors, oversee internal architecture reviews, manage connectivity to external systems, and collaborate closely with Oracle teams throughout hosting and testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Oracle Health OCI team and third-party vendors to plan and execute migration projects

Coordinate migration of system interfaces
-
Define, design, and oversee migration approaches for diverse products moving to OCI
-
Manage the procurement of OCI resources for each migration effort

Coordinate contract creation and related administrative processes

Track project status, report risks, and help resolve issues
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients

Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)

U.S. citizenship (per client contract requirements)

Eligible for applicable government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field

Product or technical expertise relevant to OCI, cloud architecture, or Healthcare IT
Additional Expectations:

Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed

Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours, as allowed by local regulations

Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, and responsibility for safeguarding assets

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
