Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions within manufacturing operations.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit for a manufacturing plant environment.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and industry-specific networks to attract top manufacturing talent.
• Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate the pre-boarding process for new manufacturing hires.
• Participate in manufacturing-focused job fairs, career events, and community outreach initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to source and attract talent for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, environments, and relevant technical terminology.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral and technical screening.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific ATS/HRIS platforms widely used in manufacturing environments (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Proven success recruiting for niche technical roles or skilled trades within manufacturing.
