Platform Product Manager - Remote Operations

Job Description

The Platform Product Manager - Remote Operations will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Stellantis' Remote Operations Platform. This role focuses on building and enhancing platform capabilities that support remote diagnostics, monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational intelligence at scale.

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, security, and stakeholders to ensure the platform delivers high-quality, secure, and reliable solutions that align with business objectives and evolving market needs. This role emphasizes continuous optimization, innovation, and user-centric design across the full product lifecycle.

Compensation:

$32/hr to $36/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong product management experience owning platforms or complex technical products

• Ability to translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements

• Experience working closely with engineering teams on platform-level solutions

• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and distributed systems

• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization in an Agile environment

• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills - Experience with remote operations platforms, monitoring systems, or operational tooling

• Exposure to predictive maintenance, diagnostics, or operational analytics

• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in enterprise platforms

• Experience working with reliability, performance, and scalability initiatives

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
