Foreman
The Foreman is a key field leader responsible for supervising electrical and automation crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to guide teams toward high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, direct, and coordinate field crews on electrical, controls, and automation installation projects
• Oversee daily scheduling, workforce allocation, material staging, and equipment usage
• Review drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and efficient workflow
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA requirements, and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture
• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress, challenges, and adjustments
• Train, mentor, and support technicians to develop skillsets, maintain productivity, and uphold quality expectations
