Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
• Manage warehousing, logistics, and material handling operations for efficient flow within the plant.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing schedules.
• Implement and monitor material forecasting and planning systems to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material flow, storage, and supply chain efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain, inventory, and logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for materials planning and execution.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship development.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and demand forecasting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects
