- Clear runway to APM with leadership support
- More responsibility: buyout support, owner coordination, and scope leadership
- Team environment with stable pipeline and consistent standards
- Field-forward culture—PEs are part of the build, not stuck behind a screen
- Oversee RFIs/submittals workflow and drive timely turnaround
- Own specific project scopes (e.g., concrete, interiors, site, MEP support)
- Assist PM with buyout, leveling, exhibits, and vendor coordination
- Track cost events, change documentation, and billing support
- Mentor PEs and help set the pace for project admin excellence
- 3+ years as PE (or equivalent) on commercial/industrial/multifamily work
- Strong knowledge of subcontracts, scopes, and construction documentation
- Procore + Bluebeam experience preferred
- High ownership mindset; can push items to closure without hand-holding
- Comfortable working with field leaders and subs daily
