Cardiologist — Remote (Up to $300/hr)

This is a remote position.

We are sharing a specialised remote opportunity for fellowship-trained cardiologists to support one of the world’s leading AI research labs. This role focuses on evaluating advanced ECG/EKG interpretation capabilities in large language models, contributing gold-standard diagnostic reasoning and identifying subtle edge-case failure modes.

This project is ideal for cardiologists with deep clinical expertise, strong ECG interpretation experience, and interest in shaping safe, high-accuracy medical AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-accuracy ECG interpretations with clear diagnostic reasoning
• Evaluate complex ECG cases including arrhythmias, conduction abnormalities, and nuanced differentials
• Provide structured feedback on model reasoning and identify common failure patterns
• Collaborate directly with research teams to refine assessment methodologies
• Contribute to case-based assessments and rubric development

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Completion of a cardiology fellowship (any subspecialty)
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• 2+ years post-training clinical experience
• Significant ECG interpretation volume
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication

Strongly Preferred:
• Fellowship training in Electrophysiology
• Experience diagnosing complex arrhythmias and subtle ECG abnormalities
• Academic/teaching background (residents, fellows, conferences)
• Experience creating exams, assessments, or structured rubrics
