• Keep your workstation organized, clean, and prepped so service runs smoothly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure every plate leaves the window looking great and tasting perfect.
• Monitor inventory levels and let the kitchen lead know when supplies are running low.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to keep our guests and staff safe.
• Support your colleagues during prep and closing tasks to ensure the kitchen stays efficient.

• Experience working in a kitchen is a huge plus!
• Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy shifts.
• Consistent reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Knife skills and proficiency with standard kitchen equipment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
