SUMMARY:
The Integrations and Operations Training Specialist plays a critical role in supporting newly acquired locations and strengthening consistency across the organization. This position is responsible for delivering hands-on system training and reinforcing core operating processes that drive shop performance. This role partners closely with field leadership to ensure newly integrated shops successfully transition into company systems, workflows, and performance standards. This role serves as both a trainer and operational resource, helping teams build confidence, consistency, and accountability during and after integration.
Pay $25 - $35 per hour based on experience.
Location: Within 2 hours of one of our current locations. Heavy travel 75%.
Must have experience in the Collision Repair Industry!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support operational integration training for newly acquired locations, ensuring successful adoption of company systems, tools, and workflows.
Deliver in-person and virtual training on operating systems, estimating platforms, file closing processes, documentation standards, and KPI tracking.
Reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure alignment with centralized operational expectations.
Partner with Regional Managers and shop leadership to identify operational gaps and develop targeted training plans.
Provide hands-on coaching to managers and teammates to improve execution, workflow discipline, and system utilization.
Support system transitions during integrations, including onboarding into estimating, payroll, reporting, and internal communication platforms.
Maintain training materials including presentations, job aids, process guides, e-learning modules, and operational playbooks.
Evaluate training effectiveness through performance data, follow-up visits, and feedback loops, making continuous improvements as needed.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure operational content remains accurate and up to date.
Maintain detailed records of training activities and integration progress.
Assist with special integration or operational improvement projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in collision repair operations, multi-location environment preferred.
Strong understanding of shop workflow, estimating systems, and operational reporting.
Experience supporting operational integrations, process rollouts, or system implementations preferred.
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and influence leaders and frontline teammates.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced integration environments with shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel up to 75% to support in-person integration and operational training.
