Codeworks is a locally owned and operated IT Services firm in SE Wisconsin, known for our strong commitment to quality and for our direct client relationships.
Our client located in Auburn Hills, MI is looking to bring aboard multiple AMS Support Analyst with Java and API development background to their team on a contract basis through the end of year, with a strong likelihood of long-term extension.
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
- Query the system logs and debug issues
- Understand and work on System integration concepts and especially API specifications
- Create flow diagrams to create an operational view of the functionality
- Bring a past background/exposure to automotive domain, preferably in the area of connected vehicle
- Develop and maintain accurate technical and user documentation
- Performing operational tasks like monitoring, analysis, reporting and prompt attention to issues
- Communications for any outages/incidents which affect the user community
- Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for driving the issues towards the closure
- Analyze incidents and come-up with improvement ideas to avoid incidents and reduce inflow
- Perform system administration tasks e.g. certificate management, product version tracking and upgrade support, etc.
- Provide Java & API programming
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- 5 years of related experience is preferred, including background in Java & API development
- AMS support experience is desired, knowledge of Automotive domain is required
- Experience working in agile/scrum methodology
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $48/hr and $54/hr. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
