Job Description

THE PROGRAM

We're looking for students to join our Co-op Program who are obsessively curious about 'what's next'. You'll get hands on experience with our products and learn from the best of the best in the business. By the time your journey with us concludes, you will have had the opportunity to make a significant impact on both the future of Bose and your career!

Opportunities don't stop at your day-to-day work. While you're getting a targeted look at your area of expertise, we'll expose you to other areas of the company. Our Co-ops are given the opportunity to connect with senior leadership across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose. You'll network with other co-ops and colleagues to grow your network for the future.

Timeframe - Fall Co-op- Must be available July 14- December 18, 2026

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI, hybrid, in-person

RESPONSIBILITES

As an Automotive Sales Enablement and Marketing Operations Co-op, you will:

  • Create and organize sales enablement tools and materials, including pitch decks, product tech sheets, and all related needed assets.
  • Collaborate across marketing and sales to streamline workflows
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall efficiency, including way of internal communication, feedback loop, and regular updates on Sales Enablement development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration- Integrated Marketing, Advertising, Sales
  • Previous internship and/or co-op experience
  • Passion for and a strong interest in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite and Smartsheets is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Troy, Michigan is: $13.94-$19.13 per hour.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
