Plastic Injection Molding Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Saturday )

The Plastic Injection Mold Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This role ensures production meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards while minimizing downtime and scrap.

Plastic Injection Molding Associate Qualifications:

JOB DUTIES: *Start up production runs and verify parts meet quality specifications. *Monitor machine performance and make process adjustments to maintain product quality. *Inspect finished products using measuring *Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work *Follow all company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. DRESS CODE: Jeans, T-Shirt WORK ENVIRONMENT: Warehouse PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Support manufacturing and production operations • Maintain production efficiency and quality standards • Assist with increasing production speed as operations scale • Follow safety and operational procedures • Work collaboratively within a growing startup facility
