- Own full-cycle recruitment for clinical and admin roles (focus on BCBAs, RBTs, support staff)
- Post and manage job listings across external sites and social platforms
- Screen incoming applicants within 1 business day
- Source passive candidates via databases, job boards, social media, and networking
- Conduct virtual interviews using our structured guides
- Verify candidate credentials (e.g., BACB certifications, licenses)
- Track all communication and progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate with clinical and admin leads to forecast hiring needs
- Respond to candidate questions about roles, benefits, and hiring process
- Support occasional HR-related audits and documentation clean-up
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment processes
- 2+ years of experience as a full-desk recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Experience recruiting in ABA is highly preferred (RBTs, BCBAs, etc.)
- Familiarity with credentialing/licensing requirements for ABA professionals
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calls, texts, emails, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using ATS or CRM platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
