What you’ll do

• Plan and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Diagnose and correct mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues—safely and efficiently.
• Jump on urgent maintenance requests and emergencies with calm, decisive action.
• Record all maintenance activities and repairs with accuracy.
• Support operations by helping set up and tear down equipment for events and changing production needs.
• Work closely with the team to elevate reliability, safety, and overall facility performance.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies every step of the way.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in plant/industrial maintenance or a similar trade.
• Preferred: high pressure die casting experience.
• Preferred: CNC machines exposure.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills, detail orientation, and strong follow-through.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including some weekends and holidays.
