ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Greet customers in a friendly manner and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their automotive needs.
Sales Process: Guide potential buyers through the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to the final sale, ensuring a seamless experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all vehicle models, features, financing options, and current promotions offered by the dealership.
Follow-Up: Stay in contact with prospective and existing customers to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, setting personal and team goals to drive dealership success.
Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a comprehensive customer experience.
Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with automotive industry trends and sales techniques.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive sales or a related field.
