The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates and employees. We have worked with our current client for the past 15 years and they are looking for a Quality Auditor for a possible Contract to Hire opportunity in their Taylor Mi. location.

Quality Auditor Job Responsibilities:

• Handle non-conforming material isolation and documentation
• Record all inspection and test data.
• Identify Risks to Quality and communicate them to appropriate personnel
• Support LEAN Work Environment

• Understand Customer Expectations
• Thrive in and help support a Team Atmosphere
• Verify Material Certification and Approve raw material
• File all QA records and samples.
• Ability to read Blueprints
• Ability to use basic hand measuring tools

Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm OR 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Pay will be $18 - $20 an hour

Quality Auditor Qualifications/Skills:

• 1 - 3 years of Quality or other related experience
• Professional, detail-oriented work experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Have basic math skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
• Basic computer skills a plus
• Self-starter and the ability to work independently
• Excellence time management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• ERP software knowledge, preferred
