Encore Medical Device Repair is seeking an experienced flexible scope technician who can inspect, diagnose and repair all major manufacturers including Olympus, Stryker, Storz, ACMI, Pentax, etc. in a lab environment.
The Repair Technician is responsible for executing the daily activities including the service of assigned work orders that meet the assigned shipment due date and maintaining a neat and organized work environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform the repair of medical Endoscopes in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.
- Adherence to established repair and material control policies, procedures, and work instructions in compliance with ISO quality standards.
- Repair, assembly, and function testing of medical Endoscopes.
- Aid in the diagnosis and service of medical Endoscopes.
- Comply with ISO quality standards including capturing data for analysis and reporting concerns to the customer service team.
- Report any malfunctioning or damaged parts, equipment, or tooling to management.
- Perform other tasks when requested by management / supervisor on as needed basis.
- Represent the Company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all respects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience preferred but training options available
- Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Hand–Eye Coordination
- Operations / Service Lab
